Extended Call Center Hours Offered to Unemployment Claimants

Additional Call Center assistance to individuals with unemployment claims will be offered on the following dates and times: Saturday, January 20 – 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, January 21 – 12 noon to 4 p.m. Monday, January 22, through Friday, January 26 – 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. If you have an unemployment claim and need assistance, please call 866-783-5567 during the extended hours. Please note that this additional service is reserved for claimants only.
